The main focus is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits within the context of your day-to-day life.
This is NOT a crazy diet or exercise program to follow. Instead, we help you build the habits you need to get results that last forever.

If you rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, then this probably isn't a good choice for you
IS THIS A MEAL PLAN?
No. Meal plans and diets aren't really sustainable. We will help you build a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.
You get to choose (with help, of course) which foods are best for you, when to eat, and how much to eat.
WILL THIS WORK IF I HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE?
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MUCH WEIGHT TOO LOSE?
That's great! You could still benefit from the BetterLife Program by learning to maintain a healthy body for life. Plus you'll develop a new, healthier relationship with food and eating.
CAN I FOCUS ON BUILDING MUSCLE ON THE Betterlife PROGRAM?
The Program curriculum works well for individuals interested in:
- eating better
- looking better
- feeling better
- improving their health
- losing body fat
- experiencing body recomposition.
However, it’s not designed to teach clients how to eat for maximal muscle gain, maximal strength gain, or specific sports performance goals.
WILL I HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS?
Probably not. Many clients end up saving money on their grocery bill. This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend less on processed foods, replacing them with whole, delicious, natural foods.
As for supplements, we may recommend a few. However, these are completely optional.
WILL THIS WORK WITH SPECIAL DIETS (PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)?
Absolutely! The nutrition habits you'll learn are easily customizable.
